Classroom Education Policies

CE CREDIT

To receive CE credit, students must be present for the entire course. NO credit is given to students arriving after the start of class. Please be prompt. Walk-ins are welcome if seating is available.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email, fax or mail at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a refund. Emergencies will be considered on an individual basis. If approved, credit will be offered for future classes. UPSTAR reserves the right to cancel classes based on enrollment or circumstances beyond the Association’s control.
