The Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® (UPSTAR), established in 1913, is the oldest trade association in Allen County. The association is dedicated to serving the professional needs of nearly 1,700 REALTOR® and affiliate members and to promoting and protecting homeownership and private property rights.
UPSTAR is the local affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Our members have met state requirements to sell real estate, but most important, they have also pledged to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, promising to conduct their day-to-day business with the foremost concern for their clients.
