Pre-Licensing

Indiana Broker 90-Hour Pre-Licensing Course

UPSTAR’s Pre-Licensing course satisfies the 90-hour educational component of obtaining an Indiana real estate broker’s license. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have one calendar year to pass the two-part licensing exam administered by the state of Indiana. 

 

All Pre-Licensing courses are conducted in person by a licensed real estate professional at our Fort Wayne office. Register below to get started or give us a call at (260) 426-4700.

Course Schedule & Details

 

  • ​​Weekdays: Mon, Tue, & Thu - 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

  • Weekends: Every other Saturday - 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • ​Price: $600 (Course Materials Included)
